As a licensed real estate agent in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Sam brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Sam has successfully managed a diverse range of property types including office buildings, retail spaces, hotels, and residential properties in Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington DC. He is excited to add residential real estate sales to his real estate repertoire.

In addition to being licensed in both PA and NJ, Sam's commitment to professional growth is evident through his accreditation as an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), and he’s also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where he continues to enhance his skills and stay up to date with industry trends. He’s excited to become equally knowledgeable and skilled in the residential sales side of the business.

Sam and Rachel met 18 years ago when Sam was hired as the property manager of Tivoli Condominiums—a 114-unit condominium project located in Philadelphia's Logan Square neighborhood. Rachel was the listing agent representing the developer on the sales of this new construction development. She and Sam became fast friends as they worked side-by-side, and around the clock, to welcome the new residents to the Tivoli community. They kept in touch over the years, so it was a natural fit for Sam to join the team. With his strong real estate background and his dedication to professional development, Sam will surely be a valuable asset to the team and clients alike.
